- We were joined by six guest speakers from a variety of organisations that provide support to carers.
- The speakers each spent five to ten minutes talking about what their services offer.
- The speakers and other professionals in attendance answered several questions from the audience.

- Helen Yates (Nottinghamshire Carers Association) facilitated a discussion between carers and professionals on the ‘I’ statements from the new draft Carers Strategy.

- Attendees joined breakout rooms to Discuss co-production, opportunities for involvement and how to use Carers Space going forward.
