Session 11: The New Carers Information Booklet

• Information was provided on the new Carers Information Booklet for Nottingham and Nottinghamshire that is currently being developed in co-production with carers.
• Two breakout discussion groups were formed to discuss potential content and design of booklet sections on mental health and hospital discharge.​
• The groups came back together to feedback.
• A number of opportunities for carers to get involved in other projects were outlined.
